Down for everyone, or just you?
Our probe runs from a UK data centre, so it answers one question well: is Salesforce reachable from outside your network? If our check succeeds but Salesforce is not working for you, work through these in order:
- Try another network: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or use a different connection.
- Try another device or browser, and a private window to rule out extensions and cached sessions.
- Restart your router if other sites are slow too.
- Check whether colleagues or friends in another location are affected: a regional outage can be real even when our probe succeeds.
Common signs of a Salesforce outage
- Documents or boards stop syncing between collaborators
- Files open in read-only mode or fail to save
- Sign-in loops, especially through SSO
- Search and notifications lag far behind reality
Seeing several of these at once, across different networks and devices, points to a genuine service problem rather than a local one.
