A monitor shows down but the site loads for me+

My cron job or backup is not being tracked+

How often are my monitors checked?+
The Free plan checks every 5 minutes and Starter every 60 seconds. Pro, Team and Enterprise check as often as every 30 seconds.
Do I need a credit card to try PulseStack?+
No. The Free plan gives you 5 monitors with HTTP checks, a 5-minute interval and one status page without a card. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, also with no card needed.
Which alert channels are supported?+
Eight channels: Email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, PagerDuty, Telegram and Webhooks. Connect as many as your workflow needs.
What is the difference between the plans?+
Free covers 5 HTTP monitors. Starter is 9 pounds a month for 50 monitors, 60-second checks, all monitor types, SSL, DNS and domain insights and SEO monitoring. Pro is 19 pounds for 150 monitors, 30-second checks and competitor tracking. Team is 39 pounds for 500 monitors, server diagnostics, 3 seats and SMS alerts. Enterprise is 99 pounds for 2,000 monitors, 5 seats, SMS, PDF reports and up to 9,999 status pages.
Can I monitor SEO and security too?+
Yes. Paid plans run eight SEO crawl checks alongside your uptime monitors, and the Security Shield, a separate subscription, runs ten light-touch tests graded A to F in the same place.
