PulseStack™ is a trading name of AI Programs Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17516543), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By accessing our web application or any related services available through pulsestack.co.uk, you agree to these conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
PulseStack™ reserves the authority to update these terms periodically. Any modifications become effective immediately upon publication, with changes documented in our revision log. We may apply updates retrospectively to existing user accounts.
Should you breach these terms without immediate enforcement action from our side, this does not constitute a waiver of our legal rights. If any provision proves unenforceable, remaining clauses maintain their validity.
Account holders bear complete responsibility for securing their login credentials, including email addresses, passwords, and API tokens. You must ensure all account activity remains lawful and appropriate.

PulseStack™ retains discretionary authority to remove inappropriate content or terminate accounts that violate our policies, with no obligation for refunds on previous payments.
Our platform continuously evaluates your designated monitoring targets at specified intervals. When downtime occurs, automated notifications reach your configured contacts through the channels you choose, including email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, PagerDuty, Telegram and webhooks.
Available monitoring types include:
Paid plans unlock enhanced features such as faster check intervals (down to 30 seconds), larger monitor allowances, SMS alerts (an add-on, included on Team and Enterprise) and custom-domain status pages with SSL protection.
The Free plan may be used for personal and commercial purposes, within its published limits (5 monitors with 5-minute checks). Paid plans raise those limits.
We may suspend or close any account, free or paid, that is used to abuse the service, for example to overload, attack or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test, or to get around plan limits by operating multiple accounts.
AI Programs Holdings Ltd, or the companies we license from, own PulseStack™: the service, its software and source code, the PulseStack™ name and logo, and the content, design and data of pulsestack.co.uk, including our articles, guides, free tools and the results they produce. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. While your account is open we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service to monitor your own systems, for personal or business purposes.
You own the information you add to the service, such as your monitors, alert contacts and status page content. You give us the right to use it to provide the service to you.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely.

PulseStack™ provides monitoring services on an 'as-is' basis without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. Users acknowledge that service interruptions may occur due to technical limitations or maintenance requirements.
Our liability for any damages, including data loss, business interruption, or consequential harm, remains strictly limited to the amount paid for services during the preceding twelve months. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for claims.
Users must independently verify critical system status rather than relying solely on our monitoring notifications for mission-critical applications.
