Freshping facts from Freshworks' Freshping support site, checked on 15 October 2026.
In June 2023 Freshworks suspended new Freshping sign-ups and plan upgrades while it worked on a revamp. Its later Freshping deprecation FAQ explains that supporting Freshping is no longer part of its plans, and sets out the closure: free plan accounts were disabled on 6 March 2026, renewals due on or after that date are not processed, and paid accounts are disabled when their subscription runs out.
Data exports were open to free accounts until 4 June 2026. Paid customers can still export until 90 days after their subscription ends, so if you are on a paid plan, export your check settings and uptime history now. Read Freshworks' own Freshping deprecation FAQ for the details.
