Down for everyone, or just you?
Our probe runs from a UK data centre, so it answers one question well: is Microsoft Azure reachable from outside your network? If our check succeeds but Microsoft Azure is not working for you, work through these in order:
- Try another network: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or use a different connection.
- Try another device or browser, and a private window to rule out extensions and cached sessions.
- Restart your router if other sites are slow too.
- Check whether colleagues or friends in another location are affected: a regional outage can be real even when our probe succeeds.
Common signs of a Microsoft Azure outage
- Your own sites or APIs hosted on the platform go down together
- Deployments hang or fail at the provisioning step
- The provider's own dashboard or control panel will not load
- DNS lookups for hosted services start failing
Seeing several of these at once, across different networks and devices, points to a genuine service problem rather than a local one.
