Affiliates
Affiliate terms
Plain terms for the PulseStack™ affiliate programme. Questions: hello@pulsestack.co.uk.
1. Who we are
The PulseStack™ affiliate programme is run by AI Programs Holdings Ltd, company number 17516543, registered in England and Wales. "We" means us; "you" means the affiliate.
2. Joining
Anyone over 18 can join. We can decline or pause an affiliate at any time, for example for breaking these terms, and will tell you why.
3. What counts
A customer counts as yours when they create a PulseStack™ account within 90 days of following your link, and it is their first PulseStack™ account. If they follow another affiliate's link afterwards, the latest link counts. You cannot earn on your own account, or on an account you or your business own or run.
4. What you earn
20% of every bill the customer pays us, before VAT, for their first 12 months as a paying customer. Free plans and free trials earn nothing, because nothing is paid. Add-ons and upgrades count while they fall inside those 12 months.
5. When you are paid
Each amount is held for 30 days. If its bill is refunded in that time, the amount is cancelled. After that it is due, and we pay what is due once a month by PayPal or UK bank transfer, once it comes to £25 or more. Anything below that carries over.
6. Tax
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. If you are VAT registered, tell us and send an invoice for each payment.
7. How you promote us
Be honest about what PulseStack™ does and costs. Do not send spam, or say you are PulseStack™ or work for us. Do not bid on "PulseStack" or our web address in paid search ads, or use our name in a domain or social account. Use our logos as shown on our brand page.
8. Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us. If we end the programme or your place in it, we pay everything already due, except where it came from breaking these terms.
9. Changes
We may change these terms or the rate with 30 days' notice by email. Amounts already earned are paid as they were earned.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
