Questions about the programme
How much do I earn?
20% of every bill each customer you send pays, before VAT, for their first 12 months as a paying customer. On Enterprise at £99 a month, that is £19.80 a month for each customer. There is no limit on how many customers you send.
How long does my link count for?
90 days. If someone follows your link and creates their account within 90 days, they are yours. If they follow another affiliate's link after yours, the latest link counts.
Do free accounts count?
You earn when a customer pays. Plenty of people start on the free plan or a free trial and upgrade later: whenever they upgrade, every bill in their first 12 paying months counts.
When and how am I paid?
Each amount is held for 30 days in case the bill is refunded, then it is due. We pay what is due once a month by PayPal or UK bank transfer, once it comes to £25 or more. Anything less carries over.
Can I see what I have earned?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the visits through your link, the accounts created, and every amount, held, due and paid.
