Your clients see their brand. Not ours.

Every status page is set up in a couple of minutes from your dashboard, and it updates itself when a monitor goes down or comes back.

01

Their own domain

Put the status page on the client's own address, such as status.theirsite.co.uk.

02

Their logo and colour

Upload the client's logo and set their brand colour. The logo links back to their website.

03

No PulseStack™ badge

Remove the “Powered by PulseStack” badge and our cookie banner, and add the client's own Google Analytics.

04

Updates they can subscribe to

Visitors can subscribe to email updates, and you can keep a page private behind a password.

Built for looking after lots of sites

One login for your whole team, every client tagged, and alerts that reach whoever needs to act. Monitoring becomes something you sell, not something you check.

See everything status pages can do

Every client in one account

Tag each monitor with the client's name, and give your team their own seats, so nobody shares a login.

Alerts to the right people

Send each monitor's alerts to your team, the client's own IT contact, or both, by email, SMS, Slack, Teams and more.

30-second checks, three locations

Sites are checked from London, New York and Sydney, so you hear about an outage before the client rings you.

The reason, not just the alert

Root cause analysis checks DNS, SSL, ports and the server, so you can tell the client why it went down.

Questions agencies ask

Will my clients see PulseStack™ anywhere?

Not on their status page. On the Team and Enterprise plans it can sit on the client's own domain with their logo, and without our badge or cookie banner. Alert emails and texts are sent by PulseStack, so if you send alerts straight to a client, they will see our name there.

Can I charge my clients what I like?

Yes. You pay us for your plan each month and set your own prices for your clients. Many agencies include monitoring in a care or hosting plan.

What if I need more monitors or seats?

You can add extra monitors to any paid plan from your dashboard. If you need more than 2,000 monitors or 5 seats, apply below and we will quote for it.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed, so you can set up a few clients' status pages before you pay anything.

Why apply rather than just sign up?

You can sign up straight away. Applying tells us how many clients you look after, so we can help you get set up and talk about pricing for larger agencies.
